Many residents of Thurston and south Pierce counties have been dismayed by the uncritical support US Congressional Representative Marilyn Strickland has shown for the Israeli assault on Gaza.

While PASS has not endorsed any candidate for the 10th District race, community members should be aware that Desirée Toliver has committed to embracing the PASS Guiding Principles in her run for Congress, including an immediate, permanent ceasefire in Gaza and an end to weapons transfers for Israel.

As a single parent with limited resources, Desirée is reaching out to communuity members to help raise the required filing fee of $1750 by the deadline of THIS FRIDAY, May 10.
