In the face of the ICJ order that Israel cease military operations in Rafah and the ICC move toward arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant, explain why American tax dollars should or should not continue to support a country that is operating in violation of international law, and whose recent war the majority of Americans object to, according to Gallup polls.
  2. How do you view your role in advancing human rights for Palestinians? Please address your goals during this election period and goals in office.
  3. What has been your previous experience with human rights struggles? What ties do you see between the liberation struggle of Palestinians, and issues affecting your constituents?
  4. What is your sense of the support among community members for a permanent, sustainable ceasefire in Gaza, and Palestinian liberation?
  5. Are you willing to introduce initiatives, bills and funding for initiatives addressing anti-Palestinian racism, ceasefire and BDS? Please tell us an instance in which you have led or plan to take the lead on such an initiative.
  6. What is your opinion of the student encampment movement for divestment? How do you see your role as a community leader as it relates to students?

Sign Making Party for Desirée Toliver

Members of PASS are hosting a sign making part for Desirée Toliver's Congressional Campaign on Saturday, July 20, from 10 am to 3 pm near Lions Park. They will be recycling old campaign signs for the Toliver campaign, also planning to make buttons. Refreshments will be provided.

This is a great way to interact with local members of the community and to engage in the political change you want to see!
